What is the best invoicing software?

QuickBooks is a little on the high side and has more than what I need. I haven't used it since 2002, I think. Right now, I'm looking for invoicing software where I can have templates for invoices or be able to change the invoice layout and have multiple invoice layouts/options such as estimate, change order, bill, etc. I would like to be able to input information into invoices and have it automatically input client information after a name is selected. I plan to use a dot-matrix printer.

1. I switched to Microsoft Accounting express after wasting dollars and hours on quickbooks pro. It's easier to use, and can be set up for simple billing.best of all, its free.
2. I like freshbooks. http://www.freshbooks.com Don't know how great they would work with a dot matrix though. You might have to go with something a little more "traditional".
3. i have myinvoices. i got it at staples for like $30. it isnt bad, but im sure there is better out there. easy to use. easy inventory tracking. easy setup. easy to use....did i say that? so to the point - i wouldnt use this if your tryng to use it for a mulitmillion dollar business, but for soemthing that i do (customize figures, have spare parts, paint, etc....) its just the right thing for me. easy customer setup and log. yes - i would recommend this. overall - i give it a 90 out of 100
